We provide fulfilment and shipping services across the Arab Republic of Egypt. Delivery terms vary based on product classification: consumables (coffee beans, powders, cleaners) vs. heavy hardware/machinery (espresso machines, automated cold brew systems).
For commercial hardware purchases, delivery is restricted to drop-off unless installation services are explicitly included in the purchase agreement. It is the client's responsibility to ensure that the site meets electrical, plumbing, and water filtration (IX Water) prerequisites prior to the arrival of our delivery and technical team.
Our logistics partners will attempt delivery up to two times. If the recipient or authorised business representative is unreachable, the order will be returned to our central warehouse. The customer will bear the cost of any subsequent delivery arrangements.
